so true that you can like someone a lot/have a lot of chemistry with them but NOT be compatible. that's often when the most heartbreak occurs, because it's just a gaping hole that cannot be filled, no matter how either person tries

Interesting! Reminds my of a sermon where the pastor spoke of good marriages and emphasized 1) mental wellness, 2) shared spiritual values and 3) similar personality.

Love it! Makes me think of this quote “The quality of our lives depends not on whether or not we have conflicts, but how we respond to them” Thomas Crum. Can easily replace lives with relationships. Found this to be so true.

Love a good framework and this one resonates well! Fun reflecting on past relationships and seeing in what ways they fit the model and where they had weakness.

Eg. a sense of "not being authentic" when it came to conflict. Thought it was a different axis at first but I see that it can be folded into Compatibility. Helpful!
